We are looking for an awesome front-end/ full-stack engineer who is ready to help build a fintech unicorn as part of the early team. We just wrapped up YCombinator and need to hire. PingLend allows anyone to get a credit card regardless of their credit score by collateralizing assets such as gold, jewelry, watches, handbags, etc. This allows PingLend's users to build their credit and qualify for previously unobtainable financial products. We raised from top VC firms including Human Capital, Core VC, Great Oaks VC, OVO Fund, and several others. We need to build out a dashboard so we can integrate it with our credit card issuer (we already have an issuer ready to go) and our onboarding flow. We have a bank that wants to run a pilot program by lending through our platform and we need to move fast to get the cards on the street. The first goal you will be working on is to build out the back end of our dashboard web app so that our customers can see how much credit they have, what objects they have stored with us, what cards they have with us, increase their credit line through adding new objects, and shipping methods. We are looking for someone who is: -Product minded -Can articulate a clear vision of how to build a product -Great to work with -Entrepreneurial -Comfortable working in Vue (or can learn) Bay area location is strongly preferred (we are in SF) and we are looking for someone who is open to joining full-time and can build out a team of people that report to them. We are open to speaking with great contractors as well.
