This is a ground floor opportunity to be a founding member of the sales team at Hotglue and help shape our go-to-market strategy. You'll be joining a fast-paced startup environment where your role will evolve as we grow. You'll have the autonomy to experiment with different approaches and directly impact our sales efforts and partnerships development.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive pipeline generation through strategic outbound prospecting to technical decision-makers, including CTOs, engineering leaders, professional services leaders and technical architects.
Help refine our ideal customer profile and contribute to building our sales playbook, iterating on past success and driving future impact
Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social selling techniques to engage potential customers
Prospect for team attendance at events (and possible attendance)
Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls
Partner closely with our founder and Head of GTM & Partnerships to ensure smooth handoffs and pipeline progression
Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to improve our messaging and product offerings
The Ideal Candidate
Interest in owning the top-of-funnel efforts for a technical B2B product. Familiarity with data integration, ETL, developer tools, and partnerships efforts in general
Familiar with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, using LLMs in everyday tasks
Comfortable prospecting to technical decision-makers (CTOs, VP Engineering, Technical Architects)
Understanding of events and event related prospecting/pipeline generation efforts
Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and modern software development concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
