To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious Senior People & Culture Manager (m/f/d) to help us establish RobCo as leading provider of automation solutions. In this key role, you act as a trusted HR Business Partner (HRBP) to our leadership team. You are the architect of our internal people strategy, focusing on building a high-performance culture that scales. You don't just manage HR processes; you leverage modern technology and AI to eliminate manual effort and ensure our People function is as innovative as the robots we build. Your
Responsibilities Strategic HR Business Partnering: Serve as a dedicated consultant to department heads on organizational design, leadership development, and strategic workforce planning. AI-Driven People Operations: Proactively identify and implement AI-supported tools and automation to streamline repetitive HR tasks, from automated onboarding workflows to AI-assisted sentiment analysis. Scalable Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that strengthen RobCo’s culture across global sites, ensuring our "extraordinary" human mission remains central during rapid growth. Performance & Growth: Design and own scalable frameworks for performance management, career leveling, and continuous 360° feedback. End-to-End People Excellence: Lead the employee lifecycle, ensuring a world-class experience from the first touchpoint to alumni status. Data & Insights: Use HR analytics and automated reporting to provide the management team with actionable insights on engagement, retention, and team health. Global Compliance: Navigate the HR complexities of a multi-site organization (Germany/US), ensuring pragmatic and scalable policies. We're looking for someone who has: Has at least 5+ years of professional experience in HR Management or as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a high-growth tech environment or scale-up. Has completed a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable field. Is driven by the principle of "not doing things twice" and have a passion for leveraging AI and modern HRIS tools to scale the People function. Takes full ownership for their business areas, identifying gaps independently and proposing scalable, tech-forward solutions. Brings excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coach senior leaders and navigate complex organizational topics with empathy. Is fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus given our Munich headquarters.
