What we're looking for:
We need someone with 2-3 years of dedicated IP docketing experience (US and foreign patent and trademark) who has hands-on USPTO electronic filing experience and strong knowledge of PCT and foreign filing procedural requirements. You should be comfortable managing high volumes of date-sensitive correspondence in a fast-paced law firm environment and have a track record of maintaining accurate, error-free docket records. Bonus points if you have annuity/maintenance fee management experience or have worked directly with foreign associates.
