Clinical & Project Coordinator

💡 Qualifications

• Location: Based in Houston (preferred) or Austin, Texas.
• Experience:
• 2–5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing, coordination, or clinical support role.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role with excellent communication skills (phone, written, and in-person).
• Strong interest in medical technology, health applications, or clinical research.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and logistics simultaneously.
• Excellent communicator (both written and oral)
• Experience with clinical study coordination, patient enrollment, or obtaining informed consent is a strong preference.
• Experience with basic inventory management or order fulfillment is a plus.
• Experience or interest in marketing is also considered a plus.

This role is critical for Starling's ability to successfully scale its commercial products and gather the necessary evidence for clinical validation.

• Enable Clinical Validation: By efficiently enrolling and supporting patients in our clinical studies, you directly contribute to the quality of data Starling needs for upcoming publications and regulatory submissions.
• Scale Operations: Your organizational skills will directly impact our ability to scale patient cohorts through seamless device deployment to our partnering providers and hospitals.
• Define the Patient Experience: You will be the voice of Starling to many of our users and patients, playing a direct role in fostering trust and ensuring they have a positive, reliable experience with our groundbreaking product.
