Corporate Restructuring Associate (Mid to Senior)

What we're looking for?

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Corporate Restructuring Associate with 3-7 years of experience (class of 2018-2022) from a peer-tier BigLaw restructuring practice. You should have significant experience representing debtors, plan sponsors, or lenders in large, complex Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court workouts. A strong track record in company-side/buy-side representations and liability management transactions is essential, along with excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school.

What you'll do:

• Manage complex Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court workouts with limited partner oversight.
• Draft and negotiate sophisticated legal documents, including restructuring support agreements, forbearance agreements, and exchange offer documents.
• Represent debtors, plan sponsors, and lenders in all phases of in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
• Handle key aspects of 363 sales and plan sponsorship transactions.
• Advise clients on sophisticated liability management transactions, such as exchange offers and consent solicitations.
• Work closely with partners and clients to develop and execute restructuring strategies.
