As Customer Success Manager, you'll own customer outcomes from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You'll drive adoption and value, serve as the voice of the customer internally, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, own net revenue retention targets, and help build the CSM playbook from scratch.
