- Building Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and act as the voice of the customer internally.
- Helping Customers Achieve Goals: Work with customers to achieve their desired outcomes by ensuring they have the resources and support they need to use a product or service effectively.
- Monitoring Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer health indicators and create action plans to address issues that could negatively impact customer satisfaction.
- Support and Onboarding: Support, onboard and check in with new customers to help them learn use CoLoop effectively.
- New Product Releases & Feedback: Generate excitement for new product releases and updates. Monitor their use, collect feedback and act as the voice of the customer internally.
