Operations Intern | Instalily AI Operations Intern Business | Full-time New York Office (Office of COO & Operations) Immediate Start Required The Opportunity We are hiring an Operations Intern to work directly with our Chief Operations Officer, Head of Customer Success and the Ops team at the center of a fast-scaling AI startup. This is a high-trust, high-learning role designed for someone early in their career who wants deep exposure to how a venture-backed company operates day-to-day. You will sit at the intersection of leadership, execution, and internal systems—supporting the company’s operating rhythm, coordinating across teams, and building the foundational processes that allow InstaLILY to move faster as we grow. This role offers direct mentorship from the executive team and visibility into the company’s highest-priority initiatives across growth, GTM, partnerships, product, and operations. This internship also offers the possibility of conversion to a full-time role.
