Position Overview The Director, Sales – Commercial leads, develops, and scales a high-performing team of quota-carrying Account Representatives responsible for driving revenue growth within the commercial segment. This leader sets strategic direction, ensures operational rigor, and fosters a culture of continuous development that supports Arctic Wolf’s mission to end cyber risk.
Responsibilities include sales execution, team coaching, forecasting, pipeline management, cross-functional collaboration, and optimizing sales performance through data-driven insights. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales Enablement, RevOps, and Talent Acquisition to enhance go-to-market execution and build a world-class sales organization. Key Skills Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue results in a high-growth or fast-paced environment Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable sales plans Expertise across the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close to long-term account management Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, sales reporting, and inside sales technology tools Excellent collaboration, communication, and team‑building capabilities Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales talent at varying experience levels Strong operational discipline with deep experience in pipeline management and forecasting Minimum
