The Role</strong></span></p> <p>We are looking for a tenured <strong>Senior Account Executive</strong> to fuel the growth of our emerging <strong>Fever for Business</strong> unit, bringing the full power of Fever to corporate and institutional clients. In this role you will manage a targeted book of business within the Strategic & Enterprise segments, advise prospects on their needs within the culture and live entertainment space, and drive net new revenue for the business. Your expertise in consultative selling, combined with deal execution and cross-functional alignment, will be critical to accelerating our expansion within our B2B offering.</p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>

What You'll Do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Own the relationship with Fever’s Enterprise and Strategic prospects and clients in your territory</li> <li>Consistently <strong>meet and exceed</strong> monthly and quarterly revenue targets</li> <li>Take ownership in pipeline creation and deal cycle management, applying MEDDIC-style Sales methodologies</li> <li>Drive New Logo growth and a <strong>Land and Expand</strong> motion for our top tier customers</li> <li>Leverage Fever’s ecosystem and your own network to <strong>identify and engage ideal prospects</strong></li> <li>Identify, map, and multi-thread key stakeholders in your territory </li> <li>Craft and execute <strong>creative outreach strategies</strong> to drive pipeline quality</li> <li>Build lasting client relationships that generate recurring revenue</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Partners, Operations) to ensure alignment</li> <li>Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">

Who You Are</span></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, MICE or similar a plus)</li> <li>Proven track record of achieving Sales targets </li> <li>Experience with MEDDIC/SPIN or similar methodologies is preferred</li> <li>Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; confident with senior stakeholders</li> <li>Entrepreneurial self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change</li> <li>Excellent written & verbal communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Growth mindset: coachable, data-driven, organized, optimistic</li> <li><strong>Fluency in English and German</strong>.
