As Demand Generation Lead, you will build and run the programs that drive pipeline and revenue. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the full-funnel strategy from early awareness through qualified opportunities and be accountable for results. This is not a pure campaign execution role. You will design the strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute it. As we scale, you will build
the team and systems to support it, but initially, you are building the engine yourself. What you’ll do Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel demand generation programs across paid media, ABM, email nurture, SEO and SEM, webinars, partner channels, and social Diagnose which two to three demand channels will drive efficient pipeline growth given our market position and go-to-market motion, build them from scratch, prove ROI, and scale Own and evolve the marketing technology stack including marketing automation, CRM, ABM platforms, analytics, and paid media tools Leverage AI-native platforms such as Clay, Qualified, and similar tools for lead enrichment, intent signal processing, content personalization, and campaign optimization Build attribution models, pipeline forecasts, and performance dashboards to guide budget allocation and channel prioritization Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align on ICPs, lead scoring, SLAs, and pipeline handoff processes Run disciplined A and B tests across creative, audiences, and channels, treating every campaign as a measurable experiment Document and scale repeatable playbooks across segments, geographies, and buyer personas Mentor and develop demand generation specialists and marketing operations professionals as
the team grows
Who you are 6 or more years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaign management, including at least 2 years leading a team Experienced building demand programs from scratch in high-velocity environments Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making high-conviction decisions with incomplete information Experienced implementing and operationalizing AI-native marketing technologies Think in terms of pipeline and revenue rather than surface-level metrics such as clicks or impressions Fluent in CAC, LTV, stage conversion rates, and channel ROI Equally comfortable presenting strategy to executives and optimizing ad copy or landing pages in detail Clear communicator who can make performance data legible to non-technical stakeholders Willing to challenge best practices and test assumptions with evidence Experience marketing to enterprise buyers or marketing personas is a plus Location This is an on-site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact. For this role, the expected base salary range is $150,000 to $220,000. Profound’s total
