About the role
We are looking for a Deployment Strategist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. We're seeking a highly agentic, ex-founder type individual who can take ownership and drive growth from day one. This role is critical as we are experiencing a moment of intense demand and need someone to help manage and expand our client accounts, turning complex operational challenges into successful AI deployments.
What will you be doing?
- Own the end-to-end client relationship, from sales and expansion into new regions or customer segments to ensuring successful implementation.
- Act as a product leader by spending significant time with customers to understand their needs, identify new product features, and lead aspects of product development.
- Design and execute hyper-structured deployment plans, breaking down complex client problems into actionable steps.
- Engage with senior stakeholders at client companies, building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Get hands-on and work hard, spending a large portion of your time on individual contributor work to move the needle and drive revenue.
