About the role
We are looking for a Deployment Strategist with 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing role to own customer deployments from post-sale to go-live. This person will be the bridge between our engineering team and the complex reality of our large insurance clients, ensuring successful implementations and delivering undeniable ROI. We are looking for a technical athlete who can lead a room of demanding executives and then dive into a data model to solve a bottleneck.
What will you be doing?
- Own multiple client deployments from post-sale design through go-live, acting as the single point of contact for VP-level stakeholders.
- Work with client teams on architecture, data models, and workflow design, navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Translate messy client reality into clear, structured execution plans for both internal engineering teams and client executives.
- Configure parts of the Strala solution and translate complex customer needs into engineering requirements for our FTEs.
- Partner with the sales team on late-stage deals to help shape scope and create paths for expansion.
