We are looking for a Strategy & Operations professional with 2+ years of experience in MBB consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a top-tier startup to help scale claims operations at one of the fastest-growing AI companies in insurtech. You'll work directly with the CEO to bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to the systems and processes that power how insurance claims are handled at scale — with a fast track into leadership of a core business area.

What will you be doing?

Own special projects and strategic initiatives working directly with the CEO
Build and formalize claims operations as the company scales rapidly (process design, hiring, workflows)
Design scalable, data-driven processes that optimize product workflows
Lead cross-functional problem solving across product, engineering, and business teams
Context-switch across diverse, high-impact initiatives — bringing structure and clarity to each

Key Requirements

2+ years in MBB consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a strategic operations role at a top-tier startup
Exceptionally structured, data-driven thinker with strong attention to detail
Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (on-site role)
Strong cross-functional communicator who builds trust quickly with customers, teammates, and partners
High intensity, fast-moving operator who thrives in ambiguous, high-growth environments

We are rebuilding the foundation of the world's largest industry - a platform that's fundamentally disrupting the $300B+ insurance market. We’re building an agentic system for computer vision over crash footage and photos, telematics and sensor data interpretation, policy knowledge retrieval, OCR and LLM reasoning models for structured information extraction from documents/calls, etc.

In less than a year we reached high seven-figure ARR, are growing 50% MoM and are processing thousands of claims for the world's leading companies (think Uber, Amazon). We have raised $50M+ from Founders Fund and Bessemer Venture Partners, led by the partners who were early in OpenAI, Cursor, Cognition, and Ramp. We have incredibly strong product-market fit and more demand than we can currently service.

Our small team consists of engineers from Optiver, DRW, ScaleAI, and Palantir, AI researchers publishing at ICML/ICCV/NeurIPS, and several ICPC and STEM Olympiad competitors. Every engineer here has an outsized impact and total ownership over our core systems and automations, with tons of room to grow.
