About the role
What we're looking for
We are seeking a highly agentic and client-facing engineer with experience in a technical, customer-centric role. You should be comfortable interfacing directly with clients, building relationships, and writing code on the fly to deploy our AI systems. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a track record of owning projects end-to-end, preferably at an early-stage, VC-backed startup.
What you'll do
- You will individually deploy multi-modal, agentic AI systems into production with major business impact. You own client deployments end-to-end, from scoping through go-live, acting as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
- Build and manage client relationships: understand challenges, align priorities, and become the trusted partner executives rely on to scale their AI adoption.
- Design, build, and evolve AI agents that deliver optimal claims outcomes, including prompt engineering, model integration, and blitz prototyping using AI-assisted coding tools.
- Work with applied AI on a daily basis. You scope and develop new features that allow our customers to scale while consistently improving claims results.
- Help integrate our product into client environments, working hands-on with their tech teams on APIs and systems.
- Coordinate with our core platform team to ensure smooth delivery and improve the product with actionable insights.
- Capture and share best practices in internal playbooks to scale Forward Deployed Engineering.
