About the role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience to own entire products end-to-end at a fast-moving global payroll infrastructure company. You'll be a builder who ships daily, talks directly to customers, and helps shape the engineering culture as Toku scales.
What will you be doing?
- Owning full products from problem discovery through design, build, ship, and iteration
- Building production software daily using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) as your primary workflow
- Engaging directly with enterprise customers to understand problems and validate solutions
- Reviewing code from engineers and non-engineers who build alongside you using AI tools, elevating quality across the team
- Helping set technical direction and shaping engineering culture as the company grows
