We are looking for a Director of Supply Marketplace to take the lead in driving and executing our integration strategies and delivering outstanding solutions to key stakeholders across multiple markets. What You Will Do: Lead Integrations Strategy: Take ownership of the strategic direction and roadmap for the Integrations team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and driving automation and innovation within integrations. Product and Project Leadership: Oversee the scoping, execution, and delivery of technical integration projects, including onboarding new carriers, and creating data-driven solutions that add value to our stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless integrations, drive process improvements, and facilitate effective communication across teams. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive integration initiatives forward. Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities for process improvements across product management, Jira usage, reporting systems, and overall delivery, helping
the team to scale effectively. Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor a diverse team of integration experts, product managers, and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Global Expansion: Own the delivery of integration projects and carrier onboarding strategies in new regions (Europe, LATAM, SEA) to ensure scalability and drive business growth. Who You Are: Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical product management, project management, operations management or integrations management, with hands-on experience in leading complex integrations in API and data product environments. Leadership: Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing technical teams to deliver results on time and within scope. Stakeholder Influence: Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives, with a focus on collaboration and driving strategic decision-making. Technical Expertise: Experience working with large-scale products and systems. Process-Oriented: Experience implementing process improvements in project management tools (e.g., Jira), reporting systems, and delivery methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality results. Global Perspective: Comfortable managing international teams and integration strategies across diverse regions (Europe, LATAM, SEA). Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A technical background is essential to effectively engage with the development team and stakeholders. Languages: Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish) is a plus.
