Who You Are: Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical product management, project management, operations management or integrations management, with hands-on experience in leading complex integrations in API and data product environments. Leadership: Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing technical teams to deliver results on time and within scope. Stakeholder Influence: Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives, with a focus on collaboration and driving strategic decision-making. Technical Expertise: Experience working with large-scale products and systems. Process-Oriented: Experience implementing process improvements in project management tools (e.g., Jira), reporting systems, and delivery methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality results. Global Perspective: Comfortable managing international teams and integration strategies across diverse regions (Europe, LATAM, SEA). Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A technical background is essential to effectively engage with the development team and stakeholders. Languages: Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish) is a plus.
