About the role
We are looking for DevOps Engineers with 4+ years of experience to scale Vannevar’s build and deployment infrastructure as the company grows fast. You’ll join a team of six DevOps engineers and a DevOps EM on the backend platform team, working closely with data platform and security. These are generalist roles for engineers who want ownership: you’ll support multiple environments, including AWS GovCloud and high-side networks, and spend 40–50% of your time on-site with government customers.
What will you be doing?
- Build and own CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform across commercial and high-side environments
- Harden and deploy software in GovCloud, FedRAMP and behind-VPN environments
- Work on-site with government customers in DC or San Diego
- Own platform health, scaling and planning
