Responsible for the operational transfer pricing framework, including implementation and monitoring of intercompany pricing policies, calculation and execution of periodic transfer pricing adjustments, coordination with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate booking of intercompany charges, maintenance of transfer pricing controls, and resolution of operational issues to ensure compliance with global transfer pricing policies and local regulatory
requirements. Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality in relation to operational transfer pricing framework with the use of automation tools. Conduct detailed financial analysis and segmentation of P&L statements to develop data required for transfer pricing studies. Support in coordinating with stakeholders, such as tax, finance, legal, and controllership, to ensure alignment and compliance with transfer pricing regulations and reporting. * * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Law, or related field AND 6+ years tax compliance, tax accounting, tax audit management or tax advisory experience OR Advanced Degree (e.g., Master's in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Taxation or related field; J.D. Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Juris Doctor (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or similar certification. Advanced Degree (e.g., Master's in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Taxation or related field; J.D. ; LL.M. in Taxation) AND 6+ years tax compliance, tax accounting, tax audit management or tax advisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Law, or related field AND 8+ years tax compliance, tax accounting, tax audit management or tax advisory experience OR equivalent experience. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and maintain a growth mindset in a dynamic environment. Ability to partner and work collaboratively across teams. Proficiency with complex business systems such as SAP, Mercury, Power Automate, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
