Responsibilities: Assist in planning and running paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS. Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and audience segments. Use tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets to report and improve performance. Stay curious about marketing trends, algorithm changes, and new growth hacks.
Requirements: 0–1 year of full time experience in performance or digital marketing. Only apply if you are 2025/26 undergraduate. Completion of any certified courses in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Digital Marketing, etc is a plus. Sharp analytical mindset with basic familiarity in Excel/Sheets. Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or willing to learn them quickly. Exposure to (or strong interest in) tracking tools, UTM tagging, or pixel setup.
