<p>Allego is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Web Development team. In our collaborative and flexible work environment, you’ll have the opportunity to&nbsp; rapidly build your technical skills in a new, exciting, and expanding product space. You’ll work closely with a multi-disciplined team to build a product that transforms the way ideas are shared and learning happens. You will be integral to Allego’s success through:&nbsp;</p>

<li>Collaborating with the product management team to weigh options to satisfy
requirements, providing feedback on requirement feasibility, architecture and UI/UX designs</li>
<li>Designing, building, and delivering features in multiple areas of the product</li>
<li>Reviewing code and mentoring other engineers</li>
<li>Continually improving our technical stack and processes</li>
<li>Maintaining existing tools and infrastructure as necessary</li>

requirements-title">Experience You Will Bring</h2>

<h3>The ideal candidate will have:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience</li>
<li>Passion for web development and cross-browser compatibility</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of web stack - Javascript, jQuery, React + Typescript (hooks, component composition, performance tuning), Chakra UI, Emotion</li>
<li>Strong working experience with Java &amp; J2EE stack</li>
<li>Ability to independently diagnose and solve code problems using appropriate tools and resources</li>
<li>Experience using browser dev-tools for debugging problems</li>
<li>Ability to effectively collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, Agile development environment</li>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, or a combination of education and equivalent experience in a related field&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred (but not essential):</p>
<ul>
<li>Proficient with React components/pattern - React Hook Form + Yup; data: TanStack Table, axios; state: Jotai, Immer</li>
<li>Experience with Git (or a similar version control system)</li>
<li>Experience with the Java web frameworks - Struts 2 + JSP, Spring MVC</li>
<li>Experience with a modern front-end build + test pipeline - Webpack, Vite, React Testing Library, WebdriverIO, ESLint, Styleint, SCSS</li>
<li>Experience with infrastructure/integrations - oAuth, OIDC, SAML, AWS SDK</li>

Compensation</h3>

<p>Your Employer of Record (EOR) will be Remote, which manages your payroll, taxes,
benefits, and compliance. As an employee based in Colombia, you'll operate under a service agreement rather than an employment contract, while still receiving Remote's standard contractor
