**About The Role
**Following the integration of Ocean and Optimum Automotive into the Shiftmove Group, you are walking into a critical transformation phase for our French Operations organization. You will lead the design and implementation of a single, scalable operating model that supports growth, improves customer experience, and drives operational excellence across France. This is not an execution role for day-to-day scheduling or inventory; instead, you own the overarching operational framework behind the Planning and Logistics teams.
You will act as the core architect for our operational systems, serving as the Business Owner for Praxedo to ensure the platform evolves alongside our business needs. By building standardized processes, governance, and reporting, you will empower our Planning, Logistics, Customer Support, and Customer Success teams to operate as one fully integrated organization. Your success will be defined by the scalability and consistency of this new framework, laying the foundation for our next stage of rapid growth in the French market.
