Support the development and execution of Azure Compute initiatives by driving planning, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination of the Platform Infrastructure. Focus on resolving supply-related challenges, ensuring long-term capacity readiness for cloud services, and delivering efficiency improvements that strengthen business performance and margin outcomes. Define and own platform roadmap and strategy that spans concept, POR, qualification, launch, and scale. Drive cross-org alignment through interlocks with members from various business units including software and hardware engineering and architecture, networking, datacenter infrastructure, finance, and supply chain management to build data-driven strategic frameworks for decision making. Identify and mitigate platform, schedule, and dependency risks early; drive trade-off decisions with clarity and data.
