Partner with Sourcing, Planning, Material Management, Engineering, Finance, IT, Manufacturing Partners, and suppliers to ensure effective execution of sourcing and supply chain strategies. Drive alignment among stakeholders on supply risks, shortages, allocation decisions, inventory exposure, and procurement actions. Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 3+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles. OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 4+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in Global Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Sourcing, or related fields within high-tech or consumer electronics industries. Proven experience managing complex global supply chains, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and cross-functional operations. Experience supporting large-scale supply chain transformations, system implementations, and process improvements. Solid understanding of planning, procurement operations, inventory management, and supplier management. Experience managing PO lifecycle processes, forecast alignment, allocation strategies, shortage mitigation, and continuity-of-supply programs. Knowledge of component procurement environments including semiconductors, memory, storage, processors, displays, or similar technology categories. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions using complex and ambiguous data. Ability to balance supply assurance, inventory exposure, cost considerations, and business priorities. Demonstrated experience managing operational risk and driving resolution of critical supply chain issues. Experience using enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, Power BI, forecasting platforms, supplier collaboration tools, and inventory management solutions. Solid reporting, data analysis, and operational dashboard capabilities. Experience driving automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to influence decisions without direct authority across global organizations. Proven success in communicating effectively with executives, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and technical teams. Solid presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and escalation management skills. Ability to thrive in highly dynamic and rapidly changing business environments. Solid prioritization and execution discipline under pressure. Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPIM, PMP, or equivalent are preferred. Experience with AI-enabled business processes, automation solutions, and supply chain analytics is preferred. Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Mandarin Chinese language capability is a solid plus. Manage the complete PO lifecycle with price accuracy, supplier returns and risk-buy activities. Support launch readiness and business continuity by proactively mitigating supply risks. Manage operational relationships with key suppliers to ensure forecast alignment, order execution, delivery performance, supportability, and responsiveness. Coordinate supplier communications related to allocations, shortages, price changes, inventory disposition, returns, and supply recovery plans. Collaborate with sourcing teams on supplier strategy, commercial agreements, and supplier performance improvement initiatives. Manage Continuity of Supply (COS) risks and recovery plans. Develop scalable operating models, playbooks, and training materials to improve consistency and excellence. Prepare and communicate operational updates, supply risks, inventory exposures, supplier performance metrics, and executive-level business insights. Support key business reviews including supply reviews, Demand Supply File, CTB, launch readiness reviews, and executive decision forums. Develop actionable reporting and analytics to drive informed decision making. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Trade, and AP/AR teams to support BuySell transactions and inventory ownership
requirements. Ensure compliance with financial controls, procurement policies, and operational governance
requirements. Support activities related to risk-buy approvals, resell programs, inventory ownership transitions, and transaction reconciliation.
