We are looking for an Off-Page SEO Specialist with 3+ years of experience to own how developers and AI builders discover Firecrawl through search. You'll be the first dedicated owner of off-page authority at a company that hit 8 figures in ARR in year one and has 147k+ GitHub stars. This is a hands-on specialist role focused on building authority, earning high-quality backlinks, and running digital PR that actually moves organic rankings. You'll report to the Growth Marketing Lead and be responsible for real, verifiable results from day one — not activity metrics.
What will you be doing?
Audit the current backlink profile and authority baseline, then identify the highest-value link and digital PR opportunities
Own all off-page SEO: high-quality link acquisition, authority building, and digital PR that drives ranking movement
Build durable, compounding organic growth targeting developers and AI builders searching for tools like Firecrawl
Measure everything and tie your work to real organic traffic, authority growth, and ranking gains — not vanity metrics
Experiment with how AI-driven search and discovery (GEO/LLM citation) are changing what moves organic visibility
