As an Engagement Associate, you'll partner closely with the Engagement Management team to address customer needs, drive platform adoption, and deliver meaningful outcomes through targeted support and strategic initiatives. You'll help guide customers through the future of AI search, sharing best practices and actionable tactics to enhance their AI visibility using the Profound platform. What you’ll do Support the Engagement Management team with daily customer meetings, preparation, action items, and strategic initiatives Craft regular strategic AEO audits that include key insights, performance metrics, and recommendations for customers of all sizes, from enterprise to startup Develop a deep understanding of customer objectives and their broader marketing ecosystem Effectively multi-thread customer engagements to mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover and manage customer Slack channels to ensure all messages are addressed Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize customer implementation and resolve technical challenges

For this role, the expected base salary range is $88,000 to $92,000 before variable
compensation, with a $108,000 to $115,000 on-target estimate. Profound’s total
compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of
benefits and
perks. Final
compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience,
