About the role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive with 8+ years of experience to join our rapidly scaling team. We are seeking a hungry, intense, and curious individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to go the extra mile. This hire is crucial for our US expansion, as we need top performers to handle a growing number of opportunities and drive revenue in the enterprise space.
What will you be doing?
- Drive the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees), from prospecting to close.
- Manage a pipeline that is approximately 70% outbound and 30% inbound, requiring a proactive, hunter mentality.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles, engaging with HR, TA leaders, and C-suite executives.
- Master and articulate Maki's value proposition, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer pains in the recruitment industry.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and a growing GTM team, including BDRs and sales enablement, to shape and execute our US sales strategy.
