The Role As a CNC Machine Park Intern, you will support the daily operations of our CNC machine park, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world manufacturing processes. You’ll work closely with experienced operators and programmers while developing foundational skills in machining, inspection, and shop organization. This role offers a clear path for technical growth and long-term opportunities in robotics-focused manufacturing. You Will Support daily operations including machine setup, part loading, cleaning, and basic tool handling Observe and assist with CNC machining, inspection, and routine maintenance tasks Learn to read part drawings and interpret basic G-code Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment Take on progressively more technical
responsibilities as experience grows Must Have Strong interest in manufacturing and a desire to learn CNC operations from the ground up Comfortable working with machines, tools, and in a hands-on environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing consistently Eagerness to grow into a full-time technical role in a robotics-focused manufacturing setting
