As Marketing Manager for the Japan market, you will contribute to local growth across both B2C and B2B. Reporting to the APAC Marketing Lead based in Tokyo, you will work closely with the APAC team as well as central global teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives tailored to the local market. This is a highly autonomous role in which you will identify opportunities, build processes from the ground up, and help turn them into scalable and repeatable operations with speed and ownership. The core mission of this role is to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and partner acquisition, activation, and retention in Japan. Success in this role will be measured by growth in MAU, MARU, and Requests, stronger customer loyalty and LTV in B2C, and improved partner activation and pipeline generation in B2B. responsibilities for the Japan market B2C (Demand Generation) Create content and ensure localization quality for communications across the platform and CRM Execute local campaigns in collaboration with media and community channels as needed Drive business growth through improvements in MAU, MARU, and retention Execute event initiatives B2B (Partner Growth) Ensure localization quality for partner-facing content and execute initiatives across the full partner lifecycle, from acquisition to activation and retention Maintain quality of partner enablement and education materials such as presentations and case studies, and create new assets as needed Execute events and trade marketing initiatives Create content and ensure localization quality for recurring communications such as newsletters and feature release announcements Cross-functional
