The role supports the Macro Regional Director in executing regional strategies aligned with global objectives. It focuses on monitoring marketplace KPIs, driving cross-functional initiatives as a regional PMO, supporting country launches, and delivering actionable market insights.

Responsibilities Regional Strategy: Execution Support the Macro regional Director in developing and executing regional strategies aligned with global objectives. Monitor KPIs across the RH marketplace (drivers, passengers, and balance) at regional, country, and city levels. Generate actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance and grow the regional network. Project Program Management: Lead cross functional projects and act as PMO for regional initiatives. Drive business rhythms and ensure coordination across Marketing, Marketplace, and Operations teams. Oversee country launch projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and regulatory compliance. Market and Product Insights : Serve as the voice of the region to central teams by providing localized feedback on product, pricing, competitor actions, and market trends. Conduct market research and analysis to support expansion and operational decisions. Partnerships Stakeholder Engagement: Support countries in partnership development, including strategic guidance and negotiation. Align partnership efforts with regional strategies and monitor performance for continuous improvement. Coordinate with PR and GR teams to align public and government relations agendas Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 3–5 years of experience in multi country operations, preferably within APAC. Proven experience in project management, either as a PMO or within an operations function. Background in e commerce or ride hailing is required MBA or Business related degree preferred. Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally across country, regional, and central teams. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Experience supporting or managing P&L, building business cases, and scenario planning.
