About the role
We are looking for a VP of Partnerships & Alliances with 10+ years of experience to build Unframe's entire partner ecosystem from scratch as a core revenue engine for the business. This is a 0-to-1 build — you won't be inheriting an existing program, you'll be creating the strategic plan and executing across GSIs, SIs, hyperscalers, and marketplace partners. You must be a builder who is deeply revenue-driven, technically sharp, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving AI company selling complex enterprise solutions. This is a global leadership role with direct access to founders and executive leadership, shaping how enterprise AI is delivered through partner ecosystems.
What will you be doing?
- Building the global partnerships strategy from complete scratch — defining which partner types (GSIs, SIs, hyperscalers, marketplace) will drive meaningful revenue for a complex AI solution sale
- Generating partner-sourced pipeline and closed revenue through co-sell motions, ensuring partners are actively producing customer wins and repeatability — not just signed agreements
- Working cross-functionally with direct sales to convert opportunities into the channel/partnership ecosystem and accelerate deal velocity
- Hiring and leading a distributed partnerships team (channel managers already being placed in East US, West US, and EMEA) while defining structure, metrics, and performance standards
- Engaging directly with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of AI, and Chief Data Officers across multiple verticals (financial services, real estate, life sciences, retail) through partner-led motions
