About
the Role:</strong></div>
<div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong><br></strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We are looking for an&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">Onsite Operations Team Lead</strong>&nbsp;who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds a way to get things done!</span><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;">As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our events run smoothly from planning to closure, leading a team and making sure that every operational detail is under control.</span><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You will be responsible for:</span></div>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Designing and coordinating the operational plan for events, ensuring all
requirements are covered (access control, staff allocation, cashless systems, kiosks, etc.).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Leading the&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">onsite execution</strong>, making sure that setup, live operations, and closure happen seamlessly and according to standards.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Supervising the&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">event closure process</strong>, including reconciliations, incident reporting, and improvement feedback.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensuring
the team is aligned, motivated, and executing effectively under your leadership.</span></li>

<div class="p-rich_text_section"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This role is highly&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">hands-on</strong>&nbsp;and requires someone organized, structured, and capable of leading a team in high-paced and dynamic environments. You will also interact with other departments such as Sales, Originals, and Marketing, ensuring that operations are aligned with business goals.From day 1, you will be leading events and managing a team onsite, always with the support of your peers and managers, making a direct impact on our operations and customer experience.</span><br><br><strong data-stringify-type="bold">About You:</strong></div>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You have at least +3/4 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You embrace change and you create it! We are a fast-growing company and we want you to help us to adapt to these changes.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You can speak different languages. Spanish and English are our main languages, so we expect you to be able to speak both of them :)</span></li>
