About the role
We are looking for a Founding Account Executive with 6-10 years of experience to build our commercial engine from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a hungry, resilient seller with a startup mindset, capable of generating pipeline from scratch and selling complex, outcome-driven platforms. You will be instrumental in landing our first lighthouse customers and establishing a new category in the software and infrastructure space.
What will you be doing?
- Own the full-cycle enterprise sales process, from generating pipeline through targeted outbound to closing deals.
- Engage with technical users like Principal and Staff Engineers, understanding their challenges to build a strong foundation for the sale.
- Partner with a Solutions Architect to translate technical validation into clear business value for executive buyers.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals, building consensus from the engineering team up to the CTO.
- Help define the go-to-market playbook, converting product-led signals into enterprise adoption.
