About the role
We are looking for a Founding Solutions Architect with 5+ years of experience to join our team. We're seeking a gritty, proactive, and technically fluent individual who can act as a true peer to senior engineers and CTOs. This person will be pivotal in establishing a new product category, driving customer outcomes, and turning complex, one-off engagements into scalable playbooks for our AI-powered tech architecture platform.
What will you be doing?
- Engage with customers to understand their business objectives and translate them into architectural roadmaps and solutions using Catio.
- Lead the entire customer journey from onboarding and implementation to ensuring they achieve significant business outcomes, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- Develop and run repeatable proof-of-value (POV) engagements that lead to production outcomes and create decision-grade artifacts for executive alignment.
- Partner closely with the AE to co-drive deals, bringing technical thought leadership to workshops and customer conversations.
- Help shape the go-to-market motion by turning messy, ambiguous customer problems into scalable patterns, playbooks, and assets.
