We are looking for a Founding Account Executive with 4-8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience to join our team. We are seeking a high-agency individual with a bias for action who wants to operate as both a closer and a builder. This person will be pivotal in driving Quinn's next phase of growth by running deals end-to-end and refining our sales motion alongside the founders.
What will you be doing?
Quinn is building an end-to-end agentic training platform for the blue collar and deskless workforce. Think of it as an AI-powered team that can do everything a human trainer does: create courses, teach, assess, and adapt in real time. Training software today is a $30B market, but companies spend another $370B on humans training other humans. It’s that latter part that is a brand new opportunity with the advent of AI and with Quinn we hope to fundamentally reshape that market. We're backed by a16z, Bessemer, and Field Ventures, growing 70% month-over-month, and just getting started.
