About the role
Our users love Janet AI, and we’re onboarding more and more teams every week! So, we’re hiring to keep up with the pace we need to ship to make Janet AI the go-to ticketing system for teams.
What You’ll Do
- Work on Janet’s core auto-tracking system.
- Develop Janet’s capabilities to reason and continuously learn from user behavior.
- Design workflows for external agents to interact with Janet seamlessly.
- Own end-to-end flows and keep the platform experience seamless.
Ideal Candidate
- Obsessed with talking to users and building from real pain points
- Ship fast and iterate in tight loops, to rapidly handle tasks across the whole platform experience and stack.
- Experience with agentic systems / LLM workflows / continuous learning loops
- Experience with MCP and building tools that interface with external agents
- Strong full stack builder, from research to design to implementation
