About the role
We’re onboarding new teams every week, both inbound and outbound! So, we’re hiring to multiply the momentum. As a member of the Founding Team focused on Growth, you’ll help us scale this exponentially.
What You’ll Do
- Spearheading growth strategies: driving brand awareness, leading inbound generation initiatives, managing and optimizing outbound flows, and executing marketing campaigns.
- Rapidly experiment with and implement new growth strategies, end-to-end.
- Work with founders on strategy, but operate independently and ship fast
- Talk to prospective and existing users daily
Ideal Candidate
- Extremely scrappy. Has lots of ideas, tests those ideas, iterates on results.
- Quick learning curve to identify what’s working/failing and why?
- Thrives in settings with high levels of autonomy and no black-and-white answer.
- High levels of organization.
- Doesn’t wait for permission.
- Finds this game fun!
