About the role
We are looking for a Founding GTM Operator with 2-3+ years of experience to build our growth engine from the ground up. You are a scrappy, AI-native operator who thrives in ambiguity and gets excited about building systems from zero. This is a founding-level ownership role where you will design, test, and iterate on the systems that create pipeline, credibility, and revenue for our rocketship.
What will you be doing?
- Architect and run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events).
- Build scalable, AI-native lead-generation and GTM systems.
- Take ownership of inbound channels, shipping content across social and written platforms.
- Build relationships and co-marketing initiatives across the voice and AI ecosystem.
- Work in the trenches with the founders, including on-site with customers.
