We went from zero to $1M in ten months. No big marketing budget. No brand. Just a product that works and customers who felt it.
Now we're building something much bigger. Feather is becoming the enterprise agentic platform, the layer that lets any company build, deploy, and manage AI agents across their entire operation. We're going after a generational opportunity. And we need someone to build the growth engine that gets us there.
This isn't a role where you manage agencies and report on dashboards. You're building the machine from scratch and owning the outcome.
We work 10 hours a day, five to six days a week. We grind, we have fun, we eat together, we celebrate together. If we execute right, this is one of the biggest companies built in this decade. If that sounds like too much: stop reading. If it sounds like exactly what you've been waiting for: keep going.
What you'll own
Your job is simple: fill the top of the funnel. More inbound leads. More logos. More enterprises finding Feather, understanding why it matters, and wanting to talk to us.
You'll build the demand gen engine from zero: content, SEO, LinkedIn, thought leadership, distribution loops, community plays, co-marketing, whatever it takes. No team to hand things off to. You write it, build it, ship it, optimize it yourself. You'll also help shape how we talk about what we're building and make sure the world knows our name before our competitors do.
What we're looking for
This is not for you if...
What you get
Don't just send a resume. Tell us what you've built, what growth engine you're most proud of, and specifically what AI tools you used to build it. Show us how you think.
