About the role
We are looking for a Founding Account Executive with 3–7 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience to be Cerrion's first commercial hire in the US and build our Go-to-Market presence from the ground up. You'll sell AI-powered video agents into manufacturing environments, working directly with the CEO to land and expand six- and seven-figure deals across North America.
What will you be doing?
- Build, own, and scale your pipeline of target accounts across manufacturing and industrial verticals
- Develop six-figure deals into seven-figure, multi-site AI programs through strategic account expansion
- Navigate complex enterprise buying cycles, engaging both executive and operational stakeholders end-to-end
- Partner directly with the CEO and Product/Engineering to shape US GTM strategy and influence the product roadmap
- Travel up to 50% to meet prospects and customers on-site across the US
Key Requirements
- 3–7 years of enterprise SaaS/software sales experience with a consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, IIoT, or automation environments
- Proven ability to independently build pipeline (outbound + inbound), land new logos, and drive expansion
- Comfortable in early-stage, high-ownership environments with limited structure — true self-starter mindset
- Willingness to travel up to 50% with a valid driver's license
