We are looking for a Growth Marketer with 3+ years of experience to join Simple AI's tiny, high-impact team and build the growth engine from the ground up. What will you be doing?
Plan and execute growth experiments across channels (SEO/AEO, paid ads, events, partnerships)
Create content that drives awareness and pipeline—blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, social media, and sales enablement materials
Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with enterprise buyers
Support lead generation and pipeline growth in close partnership with the CEO and account executives
Analyze performance metrics and iterate quickly, building playbooks to scale what works
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or content marketing
Strong written communication and storytelling skills
Comfortable working with data, metrics, and rapid experimentation
Self-motivated and able to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Experience marketing B2B SaaS or technical products strongly preferred

No applications, no recruiter spam. Just the intro.
A few questions to make sure this role is the right shape for you. Two minutes.
I write the intro, send it to the founder, and handle the back-and-forth.
If they’re a yes, I book the chat. You show up — that’s the whole job-hunt.
