Storylane is a demo automation software used by 5,000+ companies. We've grown from $0 to well past $10M ARR with a lean team and 97% inbound pipeline in 4 years. We're now scaling toward $20M ARR.
Our marketing team is small and AI-native. We have people owning brand, product marketing, outbound, and customer marketing. What's missing is someone solely focused on growth — running experiments, owning channels, and moving fast. We’re looking for a growth marketer to join Storylane’s marketing team.
Why this role is interesting
You'll have direct ownership of the metric that matters most — sign-ups — with the full trust of the Head of Marketing and CEO to go figure it out. No committee approvals. No six-week campaign cycles. You'll work at a company that's already proven product-market fit, has real inbound demand, and is now at the stage where focused growth experimentation can have a disproportionate impact. If you've wanted a role where you can run fast, try things, and see direct results from your work, this is it.
Your goal is to drive sign-ups. That's the KPI. Everything else is in service of that.
The expectation is that you use AI as your primary execution layer — not occasionally, but as the default way you work. You generate assets with it, build automations with it, connect it to the tools you use every day. The result is that you move faster than a traditional marketer would, and you do more with less.
You're comfortable with technical tools — Claude, Webflow API, Google Ads, Lemlist — and you don't need an engineer to build the connective tissue between them. You're not writing production code, but you're not waiting on someone else either.
Example projects — this is the kind of work you'll be doing
Targeted campaign from a product signal. We recently scraped 500 customer websites, identified which ones don't have a chat widget, and flagged them as high-fit targets for a campaign. Going from that list to a live ad — with the right copy, the right targeting, and the right messaging — should take two days. You're the person who makes that happen.
Paid ads iteration. We run LinkedIn and Google Ads. Copy changes, audience variations, targeting adjustments — these need to happen faster than they do today. You own the cadence of experimentation on both platforms, you run it yourself, and you drive improvement without waiting to be asked.
Programmatic page publishing. We publish hundreds of demo-led SEO pages. Right now this involves too much manual effort. The goal is to automate page generation and publishing via the Webflow API so pages go live without human bottlenecks at every step.
Growth experiments. You spot an opportunity, design a quick experiment, execute it, read the results, and decide what's next. It could be a 24-hour free trial offer, a sequence triggered by product usage signals, a landing page test, or a new audience segment. The form doesn't matter — the speed does.
Workflow automation. Where repetitive marketing tasks exist — ad copy generation from data sets, campaign setup from templates, outbound sequences from sales transcripts — you build the automation that removes the manual step.
Requirements
You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing and CEO — both involved in hiring, and if we agree on the right person, we move fast.
If this describes how you already work - or most of it does - I’d love to hear from you.
