We are seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial Growth Operations Associate to help accelerate our growth. This is a hybrid role combining strategy, execution, and business development for early-stage deal execution. The ideal candidate will be interested in honing their strategy mindset and supporting deal execution. You will play a critical role in setting the sales vision, while also supporting and owning portions of the sales cycle alongside our Growth team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in providing clarity to ambiguity, enjoys being involved in prospecting and closing, and wants hands-on exposure to scaling a high-growth healthcare startup. You will partner closely with leadership to define sales, refine messaging, experiment with outreach strategies, and convert interest into signed partnerships.
