What you will do
Test, implement and optimize an AI outbound solution, from initial setup through ongoing performance tuning
Build and manage automated outbound sequences, ensuring high deliverability and personalization at scale
Own email marketing infrastructure including domain health, warming strategies, and deliverability monitoring
Create data pipelines between marketing tools, CRM, and sales tooling to enable attribution and reporting
Collaborate with RevOps on lead scoring, routing to improve conversion rates
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains throughout marketing operations
Ship growth experiments like website widgets and ROI calculators to improve conversions
What we are looking for
3+ years in marketing operations or GTM engineering / growth engineer / growth hacker roles at B2B SaaS companies
Hands-on experience with automated outbound and marketing automation tools
Strong technical skills - comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and vibe coding
Experience with email deliverability best practices and cold outreach infrastructure
Track record of building scalable outbound systems that drive pipeline
Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Bonus: Experience with any outbound platforms (11x, Artisan, AiSDR, or similar), Clay, Salesforce
