Probation Period: 6 Months Working Model: Hybrid - One remote day per week Location: Tbilisi, Georgia View all roles Apply now About the role As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing Bolt's brand awareness and driving customer engagement. Main tasks and responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads Develop and implement brand awareness initiatives Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and influencers Optimize in-app placements (home screen, categories) Plan and execute campaigns for seasonal events and key occasions Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve campaign effectiveness About you: You have 1-2 years of experience in marketing field You have basic hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads You have strong data-driven mindset and problem-solving approach You can switch between hands-on tasks and project coordination You are fluent in Georgian and English Basic knowledge of Figma is also a plus Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
