About the role
We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff with 6+ years of experience to join our rapidly growing team. We need someone who is an exceptional software engineer, a great communicator, and who possesses high ownership and agency. This role is critical as we double our team and scale our AI compliance analysts for banks and fintechs. What will you be doing?
- Automating browser agents for heavy integration work.
- Optimizing core product logic for KYBs, KYCs, and AML processes.
- Building end-to-end systems and shipping fast.
- Experimenting with the latest AI models and designing novel agentic workflows.
- Interacting with customers and prospects to understand needs and gather feedback.
