Functional Support

• Understand business requirements and help translate them into Odoo configurations.
• Assist operational teams with Odoo navigation, queries, and task automation.
• Help create SOPs, user guides, and training documents for Odoo processes.

Data & Reporting

• Support data import/export tasks (CSV / Excel) within Odoo modules.
• Help maintain dashboards, views, and simple analytical reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and support data-cleaning activities.

System Optimization

• Assist in performance checks and basic system improvements.
• Learn and support version upgrades & migration activities.

Requirements

Technical Skills (Basic/Beginner Level)

• 3-9 months of Hands-on experience on Odoo projects.
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and JavaScript (academic or self-learned).
• Understanding HTML/XML is a plus.
• Familiarity with Odoo tools of inventory, billing etc is preferred.
• Exposure to ERP systems or business applications is an added advantage.

Other Must-Haves

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn Odoo development and business workflows.
• Ability to work in a structured manner with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Tech / similar technical degree.
• Completed any certification or online course related to Python or Odoo.
• Basic understanding of inventory, sales, finance, or CRM workflows (optional).
