The Role
We're hunting for an Operations Associate who thrives where strategy meets execution. You'll have a front-row seat to scaling operations significantly, while working directly with our executive team as we commercialize breakthrough technologies in energy and critical metals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-moving environment, enjoys managing projects from behind the scenes, and brings professionalism, adaptability, and teamwork to every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the nerve center between Chief of Staff and department leads, ensuring seamless information flow and strategic alignment across all teams
- Project Management: Maintain razor-sharp visibility on timelines, deliverables, and dependencies while ensuring milestones hit their marks
- Process Optimization: Implement tools and systems that deliver efficient solutions and slash waste from workflows
- Executive Support: Provide mission-critical support to the Chief of Staff and leadership team through strategic meeting coordination, agenda development, and flawless execution of top priorities
- Information Management: Handle sensitive communications and confidential data with the discretion of a vault and the accessibility of a dashboard
