Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. Our agency, consultant, and service provider network is one of our fastest-growing channels for bringing Agents and AEO to enterprise brands. The largest agencies in the world are building practices around our platform. This role ensures their teams actually know how to use it. As Partner Enablement Lead, you will own product adoption and education across Profound’s partner ecosystem. This function does not exist yet. You are expected to build it from zero. This is part systems owner, part field operator, part ecosystem architect, and entirely accountable for whether our partners can deliver value for their clients. What you’ll do Own partner enablement end to end including workshop curriculum, certification design, grading, and follow-through Travel to leading agencies to deliver in-person enablement sessions, immersion days, and certification programs Design and run tailored training sessions specific to agency teams, verticals, and client portfolios Build the operational playbook for partner enablement engagements from initial contact through post-session reinforcement Map practitioner skill gaps across the partner base and adapt training accordingly Drive product adoption and collaborate closely with Product through substantive, specific field feedback Develop recognition and incentive frameworks that motivate agency practitioners to deepen engagement Collect field intelligence on what is resonating and what is not, and feed those insights directly into product evolution Surface insights on certification progress, partner engagement, and adoption trends to the Ecosystem team
Who you are Experience building or scaling enablement programs for agency, partner, or enterprise audiences, with hands-on delivery experience Strong executive presence with the ability to command a room of 6 or 60 Deep understanding of how agencies operate including billable structures, stakeholder dynamics, and practitioner adoption challenges Organized operator capable of managing complex multi-office training logistics across time zones and partner tiers Energized by field work and direct engagement rather than purely strategic planning Direct and actionable in your feedback style, helping practitioners improve meaningfully Adaptable in live environments and comfortable adjusting delivery in real time Deeply care whether people actually learn and can apply what they were taught Location This is an on-site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, with approximately 30 percent travel to partner offices globally.
